Lovense Gush 2 - Oscillating Penis Vibrator
Slip it on and let it vibrate in your underwear ๐
Lovense released yet another new sex toy! After the Solace Pro and Mission 2, it's great to see Lovense being so active in innovating with more new toys.
The Gush 2 is a Penis Glans Vibrator, meant to stimulate the glans hands-free or fully-handed, however you'd like. It's the newer version of the Gush 1, and it introduces oscillation and quieter, much more pleasurable stimulation altogether โจ.
Having purchased the Gush 1 previously, I'll be able to not only tell you how the Gush 2 performs, but also how it compares to the previous generation.
The Gush 1 is often recommended on Reddit as a popular hands-free glans stimulator. Let's find out how the Gush 2 takes over!
Lovense has been kind enough to provide theย Gush 2 in exchange for an honest review. Affiliate links in this review help support me with running costs, as always โ I am truly grateful for your support ๐ฅฐ.
Key Features
We've got to talk about oscillation!
Oscillation
The Gush 2 comes with an extra type of sensation: oscillation! What does it mean though ๐?
Think about it as a flap of silicone that jumps up and down, and presses on the right spots. The oscillations are very fast and strong, which allows you to pinpoint the stimulation ๐ฏ. It's easier to see it in action!
Lovense put it at the right spot so you can enjoy frenulum stimulation. Once you've well-targeted your frenulum on it, it feels amazing.
For very long sessions, it could feel numbing, but it's a true milking machine nevertheless, and it will make sure you explode with no way to escape ๐.
When stroking, the oscillations are less obvious, but provide a nice deep rumble to the already great vibrations.
Compared to the Gush 1
The Gush 1 is smaller, however, wohaa ๐คฉ! The Gush 2 packs a punch. Its vibrations are super rumbly instead of buzzy โ which is a great thing! It is quieter and more discreet in use, and those oscillations bring me over the top. We'll discuss the noise level in the next section.
As for inner texture, the Gush 2 has more ridges than the Gush 1, which feels better when stroking.
My Gush 2 Experience
I've tested the Gush 2 in several sessions to grasp how good it is. The vibrations with a glans vibrator naturally make sense for edging. Why? You won't start on the highest vibrations, you have to get used to them. So with such toys, you'll naturally go for a very gradual, but powerful climax ๐ฅฐ.
Not into edging? You can take control and stroke while it vibrates ๐.
Control Roulette
I turned on the Lovense Remote app, and used the Control Roulette section to find a random online stranger to control each other's toys. They edged me for a good amount of time, I even had to jump out of a session, otherwise I wouldn't have lasted ๐คฉ!
After a good time playing this way with different strangers and marketplace patterns, it came to an end with a very satisfying and powerful orgasm. I was milked completely dry ๐ฎโ๐จ โ while also having fun controlling them ๐: their Osci, Domi, Lush, and others. If they have multiple toys, you can control all of them, which is lots of fun.
The control roulette experience is โ surreal โ with the Gush 2, a great fit. The vibrations gradually get you going until you reach a point at which you can't handle any extra vibrations anymore.
Cleanup
I recommend wrapping some tissues around the Gush 2, so it's ready to catch everything to avoid a mess. Cleanup is a breeze, rinse with mild soap, pat dry and it's ready to go.
Gush 1 vs. Gush 2
I used both in my sessions in order to accurately compare them. I've already described the differences above, but the main highlight is, that once you get started with the Gush 2, you completely forget about the Gush 1 ๐ .
I didn't feel like switching back to the Gush 1 during the comparison since the Gush 2 just felt so much better.
The Gush 1's buzzy vibrations felt much more aggressive in a less sensual way. If you're doubting between both, get the Gush 2, no questions asked ๐.
Noise Level
Measuring right next to Gush 2 with ambient room levels of 30dB, here are the results:
Low: 52dB
Medium: 60dB
High: 64dB
Here are the results of the Gush 1 for comparison:
Low: 54dB
Medium: 64dB
High: 67dB
Although the difference doesn't seem that large, the Gush 2 feels much quieter in practice. Why? The Gush 2 comes with a rumbly deep noise, while the Gush 1 has a higher pitched, buzzy, more obvious noise.
Here's a video with audio so you can get an idea of the noise involved:
The Gush 2 is honestly very quiet for being a vibrating toy ๐. While quiet for a vibrating toy, you'd still want to make sure nobody is around when using it as vibrations are tough to hide unless you play some loud music.
You could potentially get away with it on the low setting. The low setting is already super stimulating and focuses primarily on the quieter oscillations - the vibrations only turn on when going on a higher setting.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Oscillations bring the Gush 2 to the next level: pin-pointed pressure
- Better vibrations: more rumbly than Gush 1
- More ridges in the texture than the Gush 1 has
- Quieter and more discreet than Gush 1
- Adjustable band for a better fit
Cons
Buildup
The Gush 2 is made for a gradual but strong build-up, it works best when you take your time. If you're expecting a very fast climax, it might not be the best fit for you.
Noise level
It is relatively quiet for being a penis vibrator ๐. On low settings, it is quiet enough for discreet play, but if you venture into the medium to high range, it's not so discreet anymore โ however, that's the case for most vibrating toys.
Size
Its size is slightly larger than the Gush 1, but it comes with much more stimulating features, so that's a trade-off I believe most would be willing to accept ๐.
Adjustable Band
The adjustable band is a bit fiddly to set up the size, I ended up not using it, but that's also because I preferred using it actively instead of just leaving it in my pants. If you do want to use it, make sure you adjust it before your session starts.
Other than that, I can't think of any other cons for the Gush 2 ๐.
Alternatives
The Fun Factory Manta is another great glans/penis vibrator. However, it's more bulky than the Gush 2 and lacks all the fun interactive features. Its vibrations are also very rumbly, even a bit more than the Gush 2 โ and that makes sense when taking into account the size difference. The Manta does not have oscillations.

Conclusion
Don't let its small size fool you, when used right, the Gush 2 is very capable of milking you to orgasm ๐ฅ. If you're looking for a hands-free vibration that brings you to an unstoppable finish, it's the Gush 2 โ it's a 100% clear recommendation if you're into vibrating toys ๐. Should you get it? If you are thinking about it, go for it and treat yourself โ the Gush 2 is a great glans vibrator.
For Gush 1 Owners
If you're coming from the Gush 1, and don't mind the Gush 2 being a bit larger? The Gush 2 will not disappoint, whatever the Gush 1 was doing, the Gush 2 is doing it much better. Does that mean you need to upgrade?
If you've already invested in the Gush 1, and feel satisfied, that should be good enough for now! If you find yourself wanting for more, the Gush 2 will definitely satisfy that craving ๐, or why not switch it up and add a vibrating plug in the mix for double stimulation?
