Safe Lust Giveaway Terms & Conditions

No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway. Purchases do not increase your chance of winning.

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is only elligible for people of legal age to buy sex toys. Furthermore, we require you to be at least 18+ of age to participate.

The author of Safe Lust, sponsors, employees of sponsors and affiliates are not allowed to enter the contest, and are thus, ineligible.

Any entry will be void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsorship

The giveaway is organized by Safe Lust. The prizes are purchased by Safe Lust.

Safe Lust is not responsible for any fees/damages that can occur due to this giveaway in any way.

3. Agreement to Rules

By entering this giveaway, you agree to abide by the official rules of the giveaway, and by any decisions made by Safe Lust concerning the giveaway.

Safe Lust reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at our own discretion.

By participating you agree that Safe Lust can contact you by email to inform you in case you have won.

4. Entry Period

No entries will be accepted outside of the above dates.

5. How to Enter

One person can enter the giveaway once, however multiple entries can be earned.

How can entries be earned? Please view the methods at the KingSumo contest link. Those are the only valid ways to enter.

Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules in any way may result in invalidating a participant's entries.

By entering the giveaway, you are subscribing to the Safe Lust newsletter.

Being subscribed is a pre-requisite for winning the giveaway. You are of course allowed to unsubscribe to the newsletter, but you will not be elligible for winning the giveaway anymore. If you are chosen as the winner, but you have unsubscribed from the newsletter, the prize will be given to another winner randomly chosen by the KingSumo giveaway tool.

6. Prizes

There is one prize, and it will be given to the winners of this giveaway.

There is 1x Kiiroo Gift Card purchased by Safe Lust, worth 50 USD. Alternatively the winner can choose a Lovense e-gift card instead, worth 50 USD.

There will be exactly 1 winner.

The gift card code will be shared with the winner.

In case of any issues, the prize may be substituted by any other prize at our sole discretion.

In order to accept the prize, the winner will be required to send a photo to Safe Lust of the products purchased with the gift card. The winner is required to write a small comment about the giveaway, which can be included on any pages of the Safe Lust website. These actions will not require any further compensation or remuneration.

* Safe Lust reserves the right to change the prize due to purchase/delivery/anonymity issues.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Selection and Notification of the Winner

The winner will be selected at random by the KingSumo tool under the supervision of Safe Lust. A fair giveaway must be ensured.

The winner will be notified within 7 days*. The winner will have 2 days from the notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not claim their prize within this timeframe, their prize may be forfeited. The gift voucher must be redeemed within 2 months, otherwise it will return to the prize pool for a next giveaway.

* Safe Lust reserves the right for delays.

Safe Lust is not liable for the winner's failure to receive notification of winning in case of any issues.

The winner is expected to have a Twitter account and to reply to the winner announcement tweet.

9. Rights Granted by the Entrant

Safe Lust reserves the right to ask the winner to write a small comment about this giveaway, along with a chosen nickname to be published. This can be used for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.

10. Terms & Conditions

Safe Lust reserves the right to extend the giveaway for any reason.

Safe Lust also reserves the right to end the giveaway early, or completely cancel or terminate the giveaway. This in the event of non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond our control that will not allow us to conduct a proper, fair administration of the giveaway.

Safe Lust reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms, as well as seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in case a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the giveaway.

In order for a participant to be a valid winner, all of their entries need to be valid. If one of the submitted entries was not successfully completed, they will be disqualified.

Safe Lust reserves the right to make updates to the terms and conditions as necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

Safe Lust and the gift card sponsor (Elust) is not in any way liable for any claim of liability, illness, injury, and more that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.

Safe Lust can not be liable for anything related to the giveaway, before, or after delivering the prize to the giveaway winner.

12. Disputes

As a participant, you agree that disputes can only be handled by contacting by contacting Safe Lust via the contact page. The final decision will still be made by Safe Lust. Safe Lust reserves the right not to agree to a dispute.

Participants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and they waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Privacy Policy

The giveaway is subject to the privacy policy available on the Safe Lust website. For privacy-related queries of the giveaway widget, please refer to the privacy terms at kingsumo.com – SafeLust is not responsible for the way KingSumo processes your data in any form.

14. Winners List

The winner will be announced on the page of the giveaway once the giveaway has ended.

15. Social Media Platform Rules

Participants must respect any and all rules from the social media platforms that are connected to this giveaway.

In particular, it is not permitted to spam or re-post the same message multiple times.

The giveaway hosted by Safe Lust is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Twitter, Reddit, or KingSumo.

16. Affirmation of Acceptance of and Agreement to All of the Official Rules

By entering the contest, the entrant has affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the official terms, conditions and rules.
